This policy describes how Sere Transilvania S.R.L. delivers the Goods and Services ordered through www.serefix.ro. It complements the shop's Terms and Conditions.
Delivery areas and methods
We deliver throughout Romania. Standard-sized products are shipped by courier, while bulky products (greenhouses, polytunnels, structures and large accessories) are delivered by dedicated transport. For deliveries outside Romania, the conditions and costs are agreed individually before the order is confirmed.
Delivery timeframes
In-stock products are usually shipped within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. For made-to-order or customised products, the delivery time is communicated to the Buyer upon order confirmation. Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on availability and courier.
Delivery costs
The delivery cost depends on the weight, volume and destination of the order and is communicated to the Buyer before the order is finalised. Product prices are shown in EUR and converted to RON at payment, according to the conversion rules displayed at checkout.
Receipt and inspection of the parcel
On receipt, the Buyer must check that the parcel is intact. Any visible damage to the packaging or products must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and to the Seller within 24 hours, together with photos, so the matter can be resolved quickly.
Invoicing and VAT (VIES)
For orders from EU member states with a valid VIES number, invoicing is done without VAT; in the absence of a valid number, VAT is applied according to Romanian law. The invoice accompanies the delivery or is sent electronically.
Delays and special situations
