This policy describes the Buyer's rights regarding order cancellation and the return of products purchased through www.serefix.ro, in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on distance contracts (OUG 34/2014). It complements the shop's Terms and Conditions.
Order cancellation
An order can be cancelled free of charge before shipping by sending a request to office@seretransilvania.ro or to +40 264 401 122, stating the order number. If payment has already been made, the amount is refunded in full. After shipping, the return procedure described below applies.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under OUG 34/2014, a Buyer who is a natural person may return the products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without having to justify the decision and without penalty, except for the direct cost of returning the goods.
How to initiate a return
Send a return request to office@seretransilvania.ro, stating the order number and the products you wish to return. You will receive the return instructions and the shipping address. We recommend keeping proof of shipment.
Condition of returned products
Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete and in the same condition in which they were delivered, without signs of use beyond the normal inspection of the product. The cost of return transport is borne by the Buyer, except where the delivered product is defective or non-conforming.
Refund
Amounts paid are refunded within no more than 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned products or proof of their shipment, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Products made to the Buyer's specifications or personalised cannot be returned, along with the other categories expressly excepted by art. 16 of OUG 34/2014.
Non-conforming products and warranty
Defective or non-conforming products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by law, in addition to the right of withdrawal. Contact us for repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
